1. Data We Collect

• Account and identity data: Retained for the duration of the active account relationship and for a minimum of five (5) years following permanent account closure, to satisfy anti-money laundering record-keeping requirements.
• Transaction records: Retained for a minimum of five (5) years from the date of each transaction, consistent with financial record-keeping best practice and compliance obligations applicable to the Bangladesh market.
• KYC documents: Retained for the duration of the account relationship and for five (5) years following account closure. Copies are stored in encrypted form on secure servers and are accessible only to authorised compliance personnel.
• Communication records: Support correspondence and live chat transcripts are retained for three (3) years from the date of each interaction, after which they are deleted unless subject to an active dispute or legal hold.

At the end of each applicable retention period, data is securely deleted or irreversibly anonymised so that it can no longer be linked to an identifiable individual. Where data is anonymised rather than deleted, the resulting anonymised dataset may be retained indefinitely for statistical and analytical purposes without restriction.
