1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and takbdt ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the website located at takbdt.net and all associated services, games, betting markets, promotional features, and payment facilities made available through it.

By accessing the takbdt website, completing the registration process, making a deposit, or placing a wager of any kind, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full and that you agree to comply with them. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not use the takbdt platform and must refrain from creating or accessing an account.

takbdt reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where material changes are made, registered players will be notified via the email address associated with their account. Continued use of the takbdt platform following the publication of any revised Terms constitutes acceptance of those revisions. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

2. Eligibility & Age Requirements

To register and maintain a takbdt account, you must satisfy all of the following elig ibility criteria at all times:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. takbdt strictly enforces a minimum age requirement of 18 years for all registered players. Any player found to be under 18 years of age will have their account closed immediately and any remaining balance will be handled in accordance with applicable procedures.
• You must be a natural person — corporate entities, trusts, and non-individual legal persons are not permitted to hold player accounts on the takbdt platform.
• You must not be acting on behalf of another person when registering or placing wagers. Each account is strictly personal and non-transferable.
• You must not already hold an existing active or suspended takbdt account. Registering multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being closed and balances forfeited.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, or close family member of a takbdt employee or contractor in a role directly connected to platform operations.

takbdt reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any point during the account lifecycle, including at registration, at the time of any withdrawal request, and in response to any flag raised by the platform's internal risk and compliance procedures. Acceptable documents include government-issued national identification cards, passports, and driving licences valid in Bangladesh.

3. Account Registration & Security

Each player may hold only one registered account on the takbdt platform. When completing registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, and a valid email address. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information at registration is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension.

Account Security Obligations

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your takbdt account credentials, including your username and password. takbdt strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account, which is available at no cost from the account settings panel. You must not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances.

If you have reason to believe that your account credentials have been compromised or that unauthorised access to your account has occurred, you must notify the takbdt support team immediately via the in-platform live chat. takbdt will not be held liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access where the player failed to maintain adequate credential security or delayed in reporting a suspected breach.

Account Verification (KYC)

takbdt applies a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in accordance with responsible gaming obligations. You may be required to submit one or more of the following: a copy of a valid government-issued photo ID, proof of residential address (such as a utility bill or bank statement dated within three months), and proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits. Failure to complete KYC verification when requested will result in the suspension of withdrawal functionality until verification is completed satisfactorily.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

takbdt supports deposits and withdrawals via the following payment methods available to players in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, Dutch-Bangla Bank transfer, and City Bank transfer. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The ৳ symbol is used throughout the platform to denote BDT amounts.

Deposits

Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are credited to the player's takbdt balance instantly upon confirmation of the mobile wallet transfer. Card deposits via Visa and Mastercard are typically processed within a few minutes, subject to the issuing bank's processing times. Bank transfers via Dutch-Bangla Bank and City Bank may take longer depending on the originating bank's settlement schedule.

Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed at the point of deposit initiation within the account cashier. These limits may vary by payment method and are subject to change. takbdt reserves the right to apply enhanced due diligence to large deposits and to request supporting documentation where a deposit amount triggers an internal review threshold.

Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed back to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, as a primary rule. Before any withdrawal can be processed, the player's KYC verification must be complete and in good standing. The platform applies a standard processing review to all withdrawal requests before funds are dispatched. Withdrawals to mobile wallets are generally completed promptly once the internal review is approved.

takbdt does not charge platform-side withdrawal fees. However, the player's bank or mobile wallet provider may apply their own transaction fees, over which takbdt has no control. Players are advised to check their payment provider's fee schedule independently.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

takbdt offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and returning players, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free bet credits, cashback promotions, and seasonal offers aligned with events such as BPL, T20 World Cup, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. Each bonus is subject to its own specific terms, which are published at the time the offer is made available and must be read before the bonus is claimed.

General Bonus Conditions

• All bonuses are subject to minimum wagering requirements before withdrawal is permitted. Wagering requirements are expressed as a multiplier of the bonus amount (for example, a 20x wagering requirement on a ৳1,000 bonus means ৳20,000 in qualifying wagers must be placed before the bonus can be withdrawn).
• Bonuses are valid for a limited time period from the date of activation. Unused bonuses that expire will be removed from the account balance without compensation.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player, per household, per device, and per IP address. Attempting to claim the same welcome offer multiple times via different accounts constitutes bonus abuse and will result in account closure.
• takbdt reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus offer at any time without prior notice. Players with an active, unexpired bonus at the time of modification will not be adversely affected by that change during the active bonus period.
• Bonuses may not be transferred, exchanged for cash, or used as payment in any way other than as specified in the applicable offer terms.
• Free bets awarded as part of a promotion must be used in accordance with the specific terms of that promotion. Winnings from free bets are credited as real-money funds and may be subject to separate wagering requirements as detailed in the promotion's terms.

takbdt reserves the right to void any bonus and to recover from the player's account any winnings that were generated using a bonus obtained through fraudulent means, including but not limited to the use of multiple accounts, the provision of false personal details, or the exploitation of errors in the platform's promotional configuration.

6. Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on the takbdt platform are supplied by certified third-party game providers, including but not limited to Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. Each game operates in accordance with the rules published by the respective provider. The random number generators (RNGs) used in all non-live games are independently tested and certified to ensure outcomes are statistically random and unpredictable. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages for each game are as declared by the supplying provider and are not modified by takbdt.

Sports Betting and Cricket Markets

Odds on sports betting markets, including cricket betting markets covering BPL, T20 World Cup, IPL, and Bangladesh Tigers international fixtures, are set by takbdt's sports trading team. Odds are subject to change up until the point at which a bet is accepted and confirmed. Once a bet is confirmed, the odds at which it was placed are locked and cannot be altered retroactively. takbdt reserves the right to void bets placed on markets where a clear pricing error occurred, and to void bets where information suggests the integrity of the event in question may have been compromised.

Disputed Results

In the event of a dispute regarding a game result or a settled bet, the player must contact takbdt support within seven (7) calendar days of the disputed event. takbdt will investigate the dispute using platform logs, provider records, and any other available evidence. The decision of the takbdt disputes team, having reviewed all available evidence, is final. Where a game or market result was determined by a certified RNG or by a verified live event result, that result will stand unless a demonstrable system error is identified.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the takbdt platform. Engaging in any of the following will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may result in further action where applicable:

• Fraudulent activity: Using stolen, cloned, or unauthorised payment methods to fund a takbdt account; providing false identity documents; or engaging in any form of financial fraud in connection with platform transactions.
• Bonus abuse: Exploiting promotional offers through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated play with other users, or any systematic approach designed to extract bonus value without genuine play.
• Arbitrage and matched betting: Using takbdt's sports betting markets as one leg of a coordinated arbitrage strategy across multiple platforms with the intent of guaranteed profit regardless of outcome, where such activity constitutes a pattern of systematic exploitation rather than recreational betting.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players at live casino tables or in multiplayer game formats to gain an unfair advantage over the platform or other players.
• Use of automated tools: Deploying bots, scripts, macros, or any automated decision-making software to interact with the takbdt platform in place of genuine human play.
• Account sharing: Allowing any third party to access or operate your takbdt account, whether for the purpose of receiving payments, placing wagers, or any other reason.
• Money laundering: Using the takbdt platform in connection with any activity that involves the placement, layering, or integration of proceeds of crime. takbdt cooperates fully with authorities investigating suspected money laundering activity.
• Chargebacks: Initiating an unauthorised chargeback or payment reversal with your bank or payment provider in respect of funds that were legitimately deposited and used on the takbdt platform. Chargebacks initiated in bad faith will result in immediate account closure and recovery action.

8. Account Suspension & Closure

takbdt reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without advance notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• A breach of any provision of these Terms has been identified or is reasonably suspected.
• The account holder is identified as being under 18 years of age or has provided false date-of-birth information at any stage.
• The account is subject to a self-exclusion request initiated by the player.
• takbdt's risk and compliance team identifies activity that is inconsistent with recreational gambling behaviour and requires further review.
• A court order, regulatory instruction, or law enforcement request requires the platform to restrict access to the account.
• The player's account has been inactive for a prolonged period in accordance with takbdt's dormant account policy.

Where an account is closed due to a verified breach of these Terms, any balance held in the account — including both real-money funds and bonus funds — may be forfeited in whole or in part, depending on the nature and severity of the breach. Where an account is closed for reasons unrelated to a breach (for example, where the player requests voluntary closure), the player's real-money balance at the time of closure will be returned via the player's registered payment method after completion of any applicable verification procedures.

Voluntary Self-Exclusion

Any player who feels that their gambling is becoming a concern is encouraged to make use of takbdt's self-exclusion facility. Self-exclusion requests can be submitted via the account dashboard or by contacting the takbdt support team directly. Self-exclusion periods of 30 days, 90 days, 12 months, or permanent exclusion are available. Once a self-exclusion is active, it cannot be reversed until the chosen exclusion period has expired, and in the case of permanent self-exclusion, the account will not be reopened under any circumstances.
